Arabic Spiced Beef Kebab
Ingredients
- 500 grams fatty beef
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium pearl onion
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon crushed chili
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation
Mix the garlic, onion, spices, salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the beef to create a marinade
Let the beef marinate for at least 30 minutes or longer for better flavor
Prepare a sauce by combining the pearl onion, cold water, crushed chili, paprika, remaining olive oil, and vinegar in a bowl
Grill the marinated beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked and slightly charred
Heat the sauce in a pan or serve it cold alongside the grilled kebab
