Baked Chicken with Mushroom Topping
Ingredients
- 250g chicken fillet (approximately 1 fillet)
- 3g olive oil
- 50g onion
- 30g cheese (any hard cheese of normal fat content)
- 100g mushrooms (fresh, frozen or marinated)
- 40g sour cream
- 100g tomatoes
- salt, pepper, chicken seasoning
Preparation
Fry the mushrooms and onion together.
Slice the chicken fillet into thin pieces, about 0.5 cm thick, or as desired depending on the piece.
Lay out in a baking dish, grease with oil if necessary, then add the chicken, salt, pepper, spices, fried mushrooms and onion, tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes.
Tips
No need to cover the dish during baking; the mushrooms and tomatoes will release moisture to keep the chicken from drying out.
