Baked Chicken with Mushroom Topping

Ingredients

  • 250g chicken fillet (approximately 1 fillet)
  • 3g olive oil
  • 50g onion
  • 30g cheese (any hard cheese of normal fat content)
  • 100g mushrooms (fresh, frozen or marinated)
  • 40g sour cream
  • 100g tomatoes
  • salt, pepper, chicken seasoning

Preparation

  1. Fry the mushrooms and onion together.

  2. Slice the chicken fillet into thin pieces, about 0.5 cm thick, or as desired depending on the piece.

  3. Lay out in a baking dish, grease with oil if necessary, then add the chicken, salt, pepper, spices, fried mushrooms and onion, tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese.

  4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes.

Tips

  1. No need to cover the dish during baking; the mushrooms and tomatoes will release moisture to keep the chicken from drying out.
