Garlicky Vegetarian Sausage Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 Cauldron Foods Lincolnshire sausages
  • Baby button mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Garofalo orecchiette pasta
  • 4 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Tesco garlic and herb stock pot
  • Chopped spinach
  • Sea salt
  • Onion salt
  • White pepper
  • Chives
  • Italian hard cheese shavings

Preparation

  1. Fry the sliced sausages

  2. Fry the sliced mushrooms

  3. Fry the halved cherry tomatoes

  4. Cook the pasta in simmering water

  5. Add the cheese triangles to the main pan and stir through

  6. Add the garlic and herb stock pot

  7. Add the chopped spinach

  8. Season with sea salt, onion salt, white pepper, and chives

  9. Stir the pasta through and serve

Notes

  1. Italian hard cheese shavings can be added as a topping
