Creamy Vegetarian Bucatini with Salad
Ingredients
- Naked Glory roast tenderstrips
- Garofalo bucatini pasta
- 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
- 1/2 tablespoon cornflour
- Knorr vegetable stock pot
- Chilli flakes
- Onion salt
- Garlic powder
- Chives
- Chilli flakes (for garnish)
Salad components
- Peashoots
- Red onion
- Radishes
Preparation
Pan fry the roast tenderstrips until browned.
Simmer the bucatini pasta in water until cooked.
Mix cornflour with a little cold water to create a slurry.
Add cheese triangles, vegetable stock pot, chilli flakes, onion salt, and garlic powder to the pasta and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Combine the cooked tenderstrips with the pasta mixture.
Garnish with chives and additional chilli flakes if desired.
Prepare the peashoot salad by mixing peashoots, red onion, and radishes together.
