Grilled Beef Ribs with Honey Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500g beef ribs, washed
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 piece ginger, crushed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Water as needed
  • 1 tsp Royco beef stock

Spice paste

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece ginger

Preparation

  1. Boil the beef ribs until boiling, discard the first boiling water, then reboil with crushed ginger and garlic until tender.

  2. Sauté the onion until fragrant and cook the ground spices until done.

  3. Add the beef ribs and all seasonings, including Royco beef stock, stir evenly, and pour in the stock water.

  4. Cook until the sauce thickens and reduces, then adjust the seasoning.

  5. Grill on a Teflon pan while basting with the sauce, and serve.

  1. This dish is perfect for family gatherings during Eid al-Adha celebrations.
