Spicy Grilled Beef Ribs
Ingredients
- 500g beef ribs with fat
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Margarine
- Cooking oil
Ground spices
- 7 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 10 red chilies
- 5 bird's eye chilies
- 1 tsp coriander
Basting sauce
- Leftover braising spices
- Sweet soy sauce
- Tomato sauce
Preparation
Boil the beef ribs until tender, add a little salt, and if they are tender, leave a little water.
Heat cooking oil and sauté the ground spices until fragrant, then pour into the pot with the ribs.
Cook again until the water evaporates and the spices are absorbed.
Prepare the basting sauce by taking the leftover braising spices, adding sweet soy sauce and tomato sauce, and mixing well.
Grease the grill with a little margarine and grill the ribs until browned.
Tips
Serve with warm rice for the best taste.
Use ribs with fat for a juicy texture.
