Kung Pao Chicken

Preparation
Fry the chicken mixed with corn flour, black pepper, salt, and a little water, then set it aside.
Sauté garlic, ginger, and dried chili until fragrant.
Add bell pepper, onion, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and a mixture of water and corn flour; let it sit for a moment.
Add the fried chicken, cashews, and green onion, then mix well until done.
Tips
The spiciness depends on the dried chili used; add bird's eye chili for more heat.
