Ingredients

  • chicken
  • corn flour
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • water
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • dried chili
  • bell pepper
  • onion
  • oyster sauce
  • sweet soy sauce
  • chili sauce
  • cashews
  • green onion

Preparation

  1. Fry the chicken mixed with corn flour, black pepper, salt, and a little water, then set it aside.

  2. Sauté garlic, ginger, and dried chili until fragrant.

  3. Add bell pepper, onion, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and a mixture of water and corn flour; let it sit for a moment.

  4. Add the fried chicken, cashews, and green onion, then mix well until done.

Tips

  1. The spiciness depends on the dried chili used; add bird's eye chili for more heat.
