Stir-Fried Chicken and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 400 grams chicken breast
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 10 button mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch mixed with water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Seasoning to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Water as needed

Preparation

  1. Sauté garlic until golden.

  2. Add chicken and sauté briefly.

  3. Add cauliflower and mushrooms, then sauté briefly.

  4. Add onion.

  5. Add salt, sugar, seasoning, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and water as needed.

  6. Cook until the sauce boils.

  7. Add the tapioca slurry while stirring until it boils and the sauce thickens slightly.

  8. Serve.
