Chicken and Mushroom Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 portion of noodles
- Soy sauce
- Garlic oil
- Pepper
- Sesame oil
Chicken and mushroom
- 100 grams chicken breast
- 10 champignon mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon kecap raja rasa
- 250 ml water
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Cornstarch slurry
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Accompaniments
- Pickles
- Chili sauce
- Boiled mustard greens
- Broth
Preparation
Boil the noodles until cooked and drain.
Mix the noodles with the noodle seasonings and set aside.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the chicken and cook until it changes color, then add the mushrooms.
Season with soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, kecap raja rasa, salt, sugar, and pepper, then add water.
Bring to a boil, taste and adjust seasoning, then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Serve with the seasoned noodles and accompaniments.
Tips
Use fresh vegetable-based noodles for a healthier option.
Opt for fresh champignon mushrooms instead of canned ones.
Add bean sprouts for added color and nutrition.
