Healthy Seed Crackers with Chia, Sesame, Pumpkin, and Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup water
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well and let sit for at least 10 minutes or overnight if desired.

  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  3. Spread the mixture thinly between two pieces of baking paper using a rolling pin.

  4. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden, depending on thickness.

  5. While still warm, slice into crackers with a knife.

  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
