Healthy Seed Crackers with Chia, Sesame, Pumpkin, and Sunflower Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 cup water
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well and let sit for at least 10 minutes or overnight if desired.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Spread the mixture thinly between two pieces of baking paper using a rolling pin.
Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden, depending on thickness.
While still warm, slice into crackers with a knife.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
