Strawberry and Chocolate Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 cup dried strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup lyophilized strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • for the chia pudding
  • 160ml | 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 2 tbsp raw chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Heat a large pan over medium

  2. Toast the almonds and cashews, about 5 minutes

  3. Add the remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips

  4. Toast for another 5 minutes

  5. Remove from the heat and let cool down completely

  6. Add the chocolate chips

  7. Store the muesli into a clean, ermetic jar

  8. Enjoy with milk or yogurt of choice!
