Berry Parfait Breakfast with Chia and Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4-5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon goji powder
  • coconut yogurt
  • gluten-free oats
  • buckwheat
  • sunflower seeds
  • hazelnuts
  • cocoa powder
  • chocolate chips
  • coconut oil
  • assorted berries

Preparation

  1. Prepare the chia pudding by mixing the ingredients.

  2. Layer the chia pudding in a jar.

  3. Add a layer of coconut yogurt.
