Berry Parfait Breakfast with Chia and Granola
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4-5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon goji powder
- coconut yogurt
- gluten-free oats
- buckwheat
- sunflower seeds
- hazelnuts
- cocoa powder
- chocolate chips
- coconut oil
- assorted berries
Preparation
Prepare the chia pudding by mixing the ingredients.
Layer the chia pudding in a jar.
Add a layer of coconut yogurt.
Add a layer of chocolate granola.
Top with lots of berries.
