Vegan Fig Maple and Nuts Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 100ml cashew milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 cardamom pods
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- figs
- peaches
- nuts
- peanut butter
- maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Soak 1/3 cup of oats in 100ml cashew milk for 15 minutes.
Add 1 cup water, 2 crushed cardamom pods and cook on medium heat, stirring often.
Remove the pods and stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Top with figs, peaches, nuts, a spoon of peanut butter, and maple if desired. Enjoy!
