3 Ways Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 40g jumbo oats
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein
- 1 tsp matcha, cacao, or beet powder
- 150 ml oat milk
- frozen berries
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a jar, seal it tightly, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
