Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • approximately 150ml Barebells chocolate protein shake

Toppings

  • white chocolate sauce (e.g., Skinny Food Co)
  • yogurt
  • peanut butter (e.g., Manilife)
  • berries

Preparation

  1. Mix 50g oats, 1 tsp cacao powder, and 2 tbsp chia seeds.

  2. Cover with approximately 150ml chocolate protein shake.

  3. Leave overnight in the refrigerator.

  4. In the morning, top with your favorite toppings such as white chocolate sauce, yogurt, peanut butter, and berries.
