Raspberry Cauliflower Oats with Antioxidants
Ingredients
- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 2 tbs psyllium husk
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp unicornsuperfoods antioxidant blend
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- coconut yogurt
- creamy almond butter
- fresh raspberries
Preparation
Heat almond milk and water in a pan then add in riced cauliflower.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn down heat, add in psyllium husk and stir.
Then add in protein powder and antioxidant blend with a little bit more almond milk and stir until mixed.
Pour into a bowl and top with coconut yogurt, creamy almond butter, and fresh raspberries.
