Raspberry Cauliflower Oats with Antioxidants

Ingredients

  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 2 tbs psyllium husk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp unicornsuperfoods antioxidant blend
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • coconut yogurt
  • creamy almond butter
  • fresh raspberries

Preparation

  1. Heat almond milk and water in a pan then add in riced cauliflower.

  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Turn down heat, add in psyllium husk and stir.

  4. Then add in protein powder and antioxidant blend with a little bit more almond milk and stir until mixed.

  5. Pour into a bowl and top with coconut yogurt, creamy almond butter, and fresh raspberries.
