Thickkk Chocolate Shell Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp (40-50g) rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp soya vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 25g chocolate

Preparation

  1. Put everything into a cup (except chocolate) and mix until foamy, ensuring all the oats are well combined from the bottom of the mug. If you have a blender, you can blitz the oats to a powder for a few seconds to achieve a more cake-like texture. Clean the rim of the mug with your finger.

  2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds OR transfer the mixture into a lined oven-proof dish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 OR air fry for 7 minutes.

  3. Pour melted chocolate over the baked oats, then let it harden in the fridge. Once hardened, enjoy!
