Fluffy Paleo Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 serving of birchbenders pancake mix (1/3c)
- 1/3c pumpkin purée
- 1-2 beaten egg whites
- 2T coconut flour
- 1 serving of rootznutrition paleo chocolate banana nut protein powder
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon
- Water until pancake consistency
Toppings
- creamy almond butter
- blueberries
- sugarfree pancake syrup
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth pancake batter
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat
Pour batter onto the skillet to make pancakes and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown
Serve the pancakes with the specified toppings
