Bacon Mushroom Spinach Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 package pasta
  • 7 strips bacon (can be substituted with chicken and olive oil)
  • 1/2 box mushrooms
  • 1/2 bunch spinach
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat a pan, add bacon, cook until cooked and crispy, remove, crush coarsely, and set aside.

  2. Add the sliced garlic and mushrooms to the same pan, sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and sugar, cook over medium heat until boiling.

  4. Add the boiled and drained al dente pasta, stir well, let it simmer, and taste.

  5. Add the crushed bacon and spinach, stir well, turn off the stove, and serve.
