Pressure Cooker Pasta with Ham and Cheese
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 package penne pasta (500g)
- 1 can (200g) heavy cream
- 2 cups cubed mozzarella cheese
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
Preparation
Heat a pressure cooker over medium heat, add the butter and sautΓ© the onion, ham, and beef bouillon cube for 3 minutes
Add the tomato sauce, water, tomatoes, pasta, and cover the pot
Cook for 3 minutes after the pressure begins
Let the pressure release naturally and open the pot
Stir in the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, season with salt, and mix
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve
