Carrot Cake Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt
- WET: 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 finely grated carrots, 2 tbsp milk •
Preparation
Whisk together dry ingredients, in a separate bowl beat wet ingredients and add carrots last
Mix together the dry and the wet and add the milk
Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes
