Healthy Vegan Pizza with Oat Crust
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- about 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- tomato sauce
- vegan cheese
Preparation
Blend rolled oats until you have a fine flour to make 1 cup oat flour.
Optionally, blend flaxseeds into a fine powder.
Mix all ingredients together and knead for a couple of minutes.
Press the dough evenly on parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Add toppings such as tomato sauce and vegan cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
