Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed.

  2. Pour the mixture into a jar.

  3. Leave it in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.

  4. Optionally top with pumpkin seeds and berries for enhanced flavor.
