Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into a jar.
Leave it in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
Optionally top with pumpkin seeds and berries for enhanced flavor.
