Sweet and Spicy Apple Chai Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup Yogi Tea honey chai turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 apple
  • almond butter for drizzling

Preparation

  1. Sauté half the apple in a pan until soft.

  2. In a pot, bring the honey chai turmeric tea to a boil.

  3. Add the oats and chia seeds, reduce heat, and simmer until the oats are cooked.

  4. Stir in the sautéed apple.

  5. Serve with a drizzle of almond butter.
