Sweet and Spicy Apple Chai Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 cup Yogi Tea honey chai turmeric
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 apple
- almond butter for drizzling
Preparation
Sauté half the apple in a pan until soft.
In a pot, bring the honey chai turmeric tea to a boil.
Add the oats and chia seeds, reduce heat, and simmer until the oats are cooked.
Stir in the sautéed apple.
Serve with a drizzle of almond butter.
