Easy Baked Caramel Custard Pudding
Ingredients
- 5 cans of condensed milk (395g each)
- 5 cans of heavy cream (200g each)
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 15 eggs
For caramel sauce
- 500g of sugar
- 250ml of water
Preparation
Beat the pudding mixture by hand to avoid air bubbles and maintain creaminess.
Prepare the caramel sauce by heating sugar and water until caramelized.
Pour the mixture into a mold with the caramel.
Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes in a water bath.
Allow to cool and refrigerate before serving.
