Festive Nutcracker Sweet Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 85g pudding rice
  • 100ml milk
  • Water to 550ml total
  • Chocolate stevia drops
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • 30 small peanuts
  • 14g milk and dark couverture chocolate
  • A few chocolate stars

Preparation

  1. Prep the ingredients the night before

  2. Reheat and assemble the mixture in the morning

  3. Cook on the hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy

  4. Temper the chocolate

  5. Mold the tempered chocolate in a decorative mold

  6. Add garnishes and serve
