Easy Biscoff Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 85g pudding rice
  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 350ml water
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol sweetener
  • 3 Biscoff mini cookies
  • 1 tablespoon Biscoff spread

Preparation

  1. Combine pudding rice, semi-skimmed milk, and water to make a total of 450ml liquid.

  2. Cook on the hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon erythritol sweetener.

  4. Crush 1.5 Biscoff mini cookies and stir through.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon Biscoff spread.

  6. Stir in the remaining 1.5 Biscoff mini cookies.
