Easy Biscoff Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 85g pudding rice
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 350ml water
- 1 tablespoon erythritol sweetener
- 3 Biscoff mini cookies
- 1 tablespoon Biscoff spread
Preparation
Combine pudding rice, semi-skimmed milk, and water to make a total of 450ml liquid.
Cook on the hob for 30 minutes until thick and gloopy.
Add 1 tablespoon erythritol sweetener.
Crush 1.5 Biscoff mini cookies and stir through.
Add 1 tablespoon Biscoff spread.
Stir in the remaining 1.5 Biscoff mini cookies.
