Green Mango Khichdi with Rice and Lentils
Ingredients
- equal portions of rice and lentils
- green mango
- oil
- mustard seeds
- cumin seeds
- curry leaves
- turmeric
- salt
Preparation
Cook rice and lentils together until well cooked, then set aside.
In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and turmeric, and sauté.
Add grated green mango and salt, sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and lentil mixture and mix well.
