Green Mango Khichdi with Rice and Lentils

Ingredients

  • equal portions of rice and lentils
  • green mango
  • oil
  • mustard seeds
  • cumin seeds
  • curry leaves
  • turmeric
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Cook rice and lentils together until well cooked, then set aside.

  2. In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and turmeric, and sauté.

  3. Add grated green mango and salt, sauté for 2 minutes.

  4. Add the cooked rice and lentil mixture and mix well.
