Healthy and Tasty Sprouted Moong Bean Salad with Mango
Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted moong beans
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup mango
- A few tomatoes
- A few onions
- A few green chillies
- Half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Preparation
Finely chop the tomatoes, onions, and green chillies.
Add all ingredients to a bowl, including sprouted moong beans, pomegranate seeds, mango, chopped vegetables, juice from half a lemon, salt, and pepper powder.
Toss well to combine.
Serve immediately.
