Healthy and Tasty Sprouted Moong Bean Salad with Mango

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprouted moong beans
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • A few tomatoes
  • A few onions
  • A few green chillies
  • Half a lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the tomatoes, onions, and green chillies.

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl, including sprouted moong beans, pomegranate seeds, mango, chopped vegetables, juice from half a lemon, salt, and pepper powder.

  3. Toss well to combine.

  4. Serve immediately.
