Vegan Nourish Bowl with Bbq Tofu

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • BBQ sauce
  • bulgar wheat
  • avocado
  • broccoli
  • tomatoes
  • carrot
  • vegan mayonnaise
  • cucumber
  • green lettuce

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to appropriate temperature for baking.

  2. Coat tofu with BBQ sauce and bake until cooked through.

  3. Cook bulgar wheat according to package instructions.

  4. Grate carrot and mix with vegan mayonnaise.

  5. Prepare other vegetables by washing and chopping as needed.

  6. Layer green lettuce at the bottom of a bowl.

  7. Add cooked bulgar wheat, baked tofu, and prepared vegetables to the bowl.
