Vegan Nourish Bowl with Bbq Tofu and Bulgur

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • BBQ sauce (shop-bought)
  • bulgur wheat
  • avocado
  • broccoli
  • tomatoes
  • carrot
  • vegan mayo
  • cucumber
  • green lettuce

Preparation

  1. Bake tofu with BBQ sauce until crispy

  2. Cook bulgur wheat according to package instructions

  3. Chop broccoli, tomatoes, and cucumber

  4. Grate carrot and mix with vegan mayo

  5. Place green lettuce at the bottom of a bowl

  6. Top with cooked bulgur wheat, baked tofu, avocado, broccoli, tomatoes, carrot mixture, and cucumber
