Grilled Fish with Spicy Sambal and Fruit

Ingredients

  • Grilled fish
  • 5-6 red chilies
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Young pauh

Preparation

  1. Pound the red chilies until smooth.

  2. Add salt and sugar to taste.

  3. Mix the sambal with the grilled fish flesh and pound until smooth.

  4. Add the finely sliced young pauh to the mixture and stir until well combined.
