Pan-Fried Tomato and Mushroom Whole Wheat Spaghetti
Ingredients
- A dash of olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- A pack of baby mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce
- Some sliced cherry tomatoes
- Chopped basil or parsley (optional)
Preparation
Cook whole wheat spaghetti according to package instructions
Heat a dash of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add 2 crushed garlic cloves and fry for a few minutes.
Add a pack of baby mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce, then cook for another 5 minutes.
Add some sliced cherry tomatoes and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Stir in chopped basil or parsley if available.
Combine the sauce with the cooked spaghetti and serve
