20-Minute Vegan Caprese Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 150 grams whole wheat spaghetti
- 400 grams homemade tomato sauce
- 200 grams cherry tomatoes
- 10 grams basil
- 50 grams olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain it, and add it back to the pan.
Add tomato sauce and chopped basil and cook for about 5 minutes on a medium-low heat.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and chop basil.
Add to the sauce.
Turn off the heat and add olives.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Serve with a side salad or bread.
