Crispy Indonesian Prawn Fritters
Ingredients
- 250 grams shrimp
- 2 green onions
- 90 grams rice flour
- 30 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon FiberCreme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 100 ml water
Preparation
Clean the shrimp, remove dirt, and pat dry with kitchen tissue until dry.
Prepare a bowl, put in rice flour, all-purpose flour, FiberCreme, salt, sugar, baking powder, chicken bouillon, pepper, oil, and water, and mix well.
Heat a lot of oil until boiling on medium heat, then insert a soup spoon and let it soak for 5 minutes.
Take a little batter, place it on the soup spoon, then take two shrimp and place them on top of the batter.
Fry until the batter releases, then flip until cooked and golden brown.
Remove and it is ready to serve with chili sauce.
