Thai-Style Three Flavor Siakap Fish

Ingredients

  • Siakap fish

Tumis

  • 1 Holland onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Half stalk lemongrass

Sauce

  • 2 teaspoons ground dried chili
  • 3 tablespoons Thai chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Additional

  • Red bell pepper
  • Pineapple
  • 1 tomato
  • 5-10 bird's eye chilies
  • 1 large red chili
  • Water
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Maggie seasoning to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • Salad leaves

Preparation

  1. Marinate the siakap fish with salt, turmeric, and corn flour.

  2. Fry the fish until crispy and set aside.

  3. Heat oil and sauté the sliced ingredients until fragrant.

  4. Add the ground chili and all the sauces, cook until boiling.

  5. Add a little water, then add the chicken stock cube and Maggie seasoning to taste. Stir until combined, then add the vegetables and pineapple.

  6. Sprinkle with kaffir lime leaves and coriander leaves.

  7. Serve.
