Vegan Banana Nice Cream with Toppings
Ingredients
Nice cream
- 3-4 frozen bananas
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon oat milk
Cookie crumble
- 1 cup oats
- 5 dates
- 0.5 tablespoon coconut oil
Chocolate nougat
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons oat milk (or more if too sticky)
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
Chocolate topping
- 80g melted vegan chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream or milk (thick part of a can)
Preparation
Ensure bananas are not totally frozen and can be chewed as per instruction.
Blend the nice cream ingredients until smooth
Cookie crumble
Mix oats, dates, and coconut oil with your hands as instructed.
Chocolate nougat
Blend peanut butter, agave syrup, oat milk, and cacao powder together with a spoon as instructed.
Chocolate topping
Melt vegan chocolate and mix with coconut cream or milk
Assembly
Layer or top the nice cream with cookie crumble, chocolate nougat, and chocolate topping
