Vegan Cookies with Four Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike Salted Caramel - d/c “amb-han”)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

Optional add-ins

  • Optional mix ins such as white and dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Stir until combined.

  3. Shape into cookies and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Notes

  1. Cookies will be soft when they come out of the oven but will harden as they cool.
