Fresh Green Herb Sauce with Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, stems removed
  • 1 cup packed fresh basil
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1-2 tbsp green hot sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • few cracks of black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 to 1 full lemon

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a smooth sauce forms.

  2. If needed, add more lemon juice or a splash of almond milk to thin.

Tips

  1. If you have some extra herbs that are probably going to wilt in the fridge, turn them into sauce.
