Fresh Green Herb Sauce with Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley, stems removed
- 1 cup packed fresh basil
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1-2 tbsp green hot sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- few cracks of black pepper
- Juice of 1/2 to 1 full lemon
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a smooth sauce forms.
If needed, add more lemon juice or a splash of almond milk to thin.
Tips
If you have some extra herbs that are probably going to wilt in the fridge, turn them into sauce.
