Easy Vegan Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup soaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates (medjool fits best)
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder (plus more for rolling)
  • 15g chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Use a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Add the soaked almonds to the food processor and pulse until they form a meal.

  3. Add the dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and peanut butter, then blend everything together until it forms a moist, dough-like mixture.

  4. If the mixture is too wet, add more cacao powder; if too dry, add a little water.

  5. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.

  6. Form the dough into balls.

  7. Roll the balls in extra cacao powder to coat them.

  8. Enjoy the bliss balls.
