Layered Caramel Cream Dessert
Ingredients
Base
- 1/2 cup ground plain biscuits
First layer
- 1 cup clotted cream or kaymak
- 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
Second layer
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 6 cubes cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 packet caramel powder
Garnish
- chopped hazelnuts
- whipped cream
Preparation
Prepare 4 glasses or individual dishes for serving.
Spread the ground biscuits evenly in the glasses or dishes.
For the first layer, in a blender pitcher, place the clotted cream, chopped white chocolate, and peanut butter. Blend on medium speed until smooth and well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the biscuit layer in the glasses.
For the second layer, in a blender pitcher, place the condensed milk, cream cheese, and caramel powder. Blend on medium speed until smooth and well combined. Spread this mixture over the first layer.
Place the glasses in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Garnish the caramel cream dessert with chopped hazelnuts and whipped cream.
