Melt-In-Your-Mouth Bite-Sized Cookies
Ingredients
- 125 grams butter or margarine
- 1 tea glass vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons starch
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 3 water glasses flour (adjust as needed)
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Knead all ingredients except the egg yolk and sesame seeds together to form a soft dough.
Shape the dough into small balls and press with the back of a fork to create a pattern.
Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Tips
Store the cookies in the freezer and thaw when unexpected guests arrive.
