Melt-In-Your-Mouth Bite-Sized Cookies

Ingredients

  • 125 grams butter or margarine
  • 1 tea glass vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 3 water glasses flour (adjust as needed)
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Knead all ingredients except the egg yolk and sesame seeds together to form a soft dough.

  2. Shape the dough into small balls and press with the back of a fork to create a pattern.

  3. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 to 25 minutes.

  1. Store the cookies in the freezer and thaw when unexpected guests arrive.
