Peach Custard Dessert with Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 can peaches in syrup, half diced and half sliced
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine milk, condensed milk, cornstarch, and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens
Remove from heat and let cool
Add vanilla extract, vanilla ice cream, and diced peaches, and mix well
Pour into a medium casserole dish, decorate with sliced peaches, and refrigerate for 3 hours
Serve
