Pistachio Filled Dubai Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 30 g butter
- 100 g Kadayif
- 130 g pistachio cream
Preparation
Melt the chocolate over a water bath
Spread half of the melted chocolate in the chocolate mold to cover the bottom and sides
Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set
Melt the butter in a pan and roast the Kadayif until golden brown
Mix the roasted Kadayif with the pistachio cream in a bowl
Let the filling cool
Spread the cooled filling in the chocolate mold
Cover with the remaining melted chocolate
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set
