Pistachio Filled Dubai Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 g Kadayif
  • 130 g pistachio cream

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate over a water bath

  2. Spread half of the melted chocolate in the chocolate mold to cover the bottom and sides

  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set

  4. Melt the butter in a pan and roast the Kadayif until golden brown

  5. Mix the roasted Kadayif with the pistachio cream in a bowl

  6. Let the filling cool

  7. Spread the cooled filling in the chocolate mold

  8. Cover with the remaining melted chocolate

  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set
