Simple Brazilian Caramel Flan
Ingredients
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 2 cans of milk (measured with condensed milk can)
- 6 eggs
- 1.5 cups sugar for caramelizing
Preparation
Place sugar in pudding mold and heat over medium heat until melted. Spread melted sugar in mold with a spoon.
Blend all pudding ingredients in a blender until homogeneous. Pour mixture into pudding mold.
In a rice cooker, place 2 cups of water in the rice compartment and fit the pudding mold inside.
Set the rice cooker to COOK mode. When done, it switches to WARM mode.
When it switches to WARM mode, remove the mold and refrigerate until set.
Once set, unmold and serve
