Classic Brazilian Chocolate Flan Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 cans milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
- 1 cup cocoa powder
Caramel sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Preparation

In a saucepan, place the sugar and heat over low heat until a light caramel forms
Add the boiling water and stir until the sugar dissolves
Pour the caramel into a 19 cm (7.5 inch) diameter bundt pan and set aside
Instructions
In a blender, blend the eggs, condensed milk, milk, and cocoa powder until smooth
Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a preheated medium oven until set (between 40 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the size and power of your oven)
Let cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Unmold and serve cold
