Vegan Ferrero Rocher Truffles

Ingredients

  • 6.5 tablespoons vegan Nutella
  • 9 tablespoons ground hazelnuts
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut flour as needed
  • Whole hazelnuts
  • Chocolate for melting
  • Ground hazelnuts for topping

Preparation

  1. Roast whole hazelnuts until fragrant.

  2. Mix together 6.5 tablespoons of vegan Nutella, 9 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts, maple syrup to taste, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Add coconut flour gradually until the mixture reaches a rollable texture.

  4. Form the mixture into balls and stuff each with a whole roasted hazelnut.

  5. Freeze the stuffed truffles.

  6. Melt the chocolate.

  7. Dunk the frozen truffles in melted chocolate and top with ground hazelnuts.
