Vegan Ferrero Rocher Truffles
Ingredients
- 6.5 tablespoons vegan Nutella
- 9 tablespoons ground hazelnuts
- Maple syrup to taste
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut flour as needed
- Whole hazelnuts
- Chocolate for melting
- Ground hazelnuts for topping
Preparation
Roast whole hazelnuts until fragrant.
Mix together 6.5 tablespoons of vegan Nutella, 9 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts, maple syrup to taste, and a pinch of salt.
Add coconut flour gradually until the mixture reaches a rollable texture.
Form the mixture into balls and stuff each with a whole roasted hazelnut.
Freeze the stuffed truffles.
Melt the chocolate.
Dunk the frozen truffles in melted chocolate and top with ground hazelnuts.
