Bbq Tofu with Gochujang Sauce
Ingredients
- 2/3 package extra firm tofu
- 1 tsp oil
- 1.5 cups steamed broccoli florets
- 1 cup edamame
- 1 cup cooked noodles
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp water
- 1.5 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Garnishes
- cilantro
- sauteed mushrooms
- sesame seeds
- scallions
- red chili flakes
Preparation
Cut tofu into thin pieces.
Add oil to a large pan and place tofu pieces without overlapping; cook in batches if necessary.
Cook tofu until lightly browned, about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together the sauce in a bowl.
Add the sauce to the cooked tofu and toss to coat.
Serve with vegetables and noodles.
