Earl Grey Pancakes with Yoghurt & Almond Sea Salt Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup plant milk (soya milk)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup earl grey tea (brewed and cooled)
- Yoghurt (for serving)
- Almond & Sea Salt Chocolate (from @the.nu.company.uk)
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, combine the following ingredients
1 cup plain flour
1 cup plant milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 banana
1/3 cup brewed and cooled earl grey tea
Blend the ingredients to form a batter. Let the batter sit for a few minutes, then blend again.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
Pour the pancake batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.
Serve the pancakes with yoghurt and pieces of Almond & Sea Salt Chocolate from @the.nu.company.uk.
