Earl Grey Pancakes with Yoghurt & Almond Sea Salt Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup plant milk (soya milk)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup earl grey tea (brewed and cooled)
  • Yoghurt (for serving)
  • Almond & Sea Salt Chocolate (from @the.nu.company.uk)

Preparation

In a blender or food processor, combine the following ingredients

  1. 1 cup plain flour

  2. 1 cup plant milk

  3. 1 tsp baking powder

  4. 1 tbsp chia seeds

  5. 1 banana

  6. 1/3 cup brewed and cooled earl grey tea

  1. Blend the ingredients to form a batter. Let the batter sit for a few minutes, then blend again.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.

  3. Pour the pancake batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.

  4. Serve the pancakes with yoghurt and pieces of Almond & Sea Salt Chocolate from @the.nu.company.uk.
