Preparation
Fry the chicken with red pepper until golden and crispy to maintain a bright color
Dissolve saffron in a little water and add it to the chicken for vibrant color and aroma
Add barberries just before reheating or serving to keep them plump and colorful
If using, incorporate a small amount of orange blossom water or lemon juice to enhance flavor without making it too sour
Tips
